At fundraisers, donors are required to submit questions in advance, ensuring Biden only faces pre-approved softballs. It’s all about creating the illusion that he’s still in control.

German officials, aware of Biden’s evening fatigue, scheduled an early evening meeting with Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Biden didn’t show up.
